Innovation is known as transformation of research and development solutions into money (revenue). However, running an innovation business requires a successful (product or service) business launch first, and then, developing a sustainable business model to stay in the market. A  company may develop a viable innovation solution, may launch the solution as a product to market, but still need do develop a sustainable business model to stay competitive in the long runs. The business model is developed by strategic decision in market segment, customer relations models, channels to deliver products/service, value proposal to stakeholders, revenue models, key activities, recourses, partners and cost model.

This program, which is utilizing a world-class training program promoted by NSF Innovation Corporation to innovation companies,  takes participants through all necessary activities to make the company innovative and sustainable in the market. The model is presented by lectures, workshops, and real case trials from participants’ businesses.

One flagship program. Two blended formats.


Blended modular format – The program has 9 modules (40 hours in total), each having intensive sessions with a blended format of training and workshop activities. Depending on availability or preference of attendees, these modules can be divided into two or more block sessions, such as 2 continuous days a week + 3 continuous days a week, or similar. The program can be held in customers’ facilities or other mutually agreed locations/centers (university campuses, conference centers, hotels, etc.).

Blended continuous format – The program takes place over five-day continuous intensive sessions. Each day is planned with 8 hours of blended classroom training and workshop practices. The program can be scheduled from Monday through Friday or Wednesday through Sunday or similar formats depending on customer requests.

    We admit candidates to programs with appropriate background, specified in “Who Should Attend” sessions under each program. Scheduling a program is triggered by individual candidates or companies and organizations. Admission to programs is space-available basis.

What You Will Learn

  • NSF I-Corps framework presents the most competitive business concept generation approach to build innovative businesses. The training program is tailored to cover all areas of this framework and give chance participants to gain enough experience to implement the methodology in real businesses. The participants will specifically learn:

    • How to analyze the market and decide on a most promising market segment
    • What to consider in selecting best channels to deliver the product to customers.
    • How to select a customer relationship method to reach potential consumers.
    • How to develop a revenue model that will generate profit.
    • How to develop a value proposal model for all stakeholders, primarily customer.
    • How to manage all key activities, resources, and partners.
    • How to identify and control cost model.
