Human mindset, behaviors and needs are drastically changing daily basis due to global crisis, natural disasters, and technological developments. All these create unstable, unknown, and uncertain climate for all organizations; making value delivery management a challenging task.

In response to unpredictable future threats, all organizations should either adopt new technologies and business models (used by other leading organization) or develop their own competitive solutions timely manner.

Regardless of the approach (adoption or development) taken strategically, the company should develop necessary capacity (skills, knowledge, experience) to be able to make the transition smooth and effective. Even if adoption of an already developed and practiced approach by world-class organizations seems easier, a further study needs to be conducted to make the practice locally applicable.

In this regard, The School aims to carry out (academic level) research and (engineering level) development activities to meet organizational needs in areas of technology, product, and process development engineering and management as well as product, service, and business innovation engineering and management.

Students (junior or senior levels), researchers, and engineers at all levels with qualified background in these fields or with a potential to develop expertise in these field are welcome to join The Scholl teams.
