In a fast changing world, customer needs are rapidly taking new forms, and business solutions are being updated to both meet the new demands and compete with other solution providers to be able to stay in business. In such a case, each organization should predict the emerging need as quickly as possible and rush to come up with a viable business solution. In business practice, finding a commercially viable solution is not easy due to many obstacles, challenges, and unknowns on the way as well as the unpredictable customer reflection to the solution. Design Thinking is a relatively new methodology and an innovation philosophy used in breakthrough organizations to tackle with a challenge or a problem or a potential opportunity idea and run a series of tasks to come up with an innovation solution. In addition to the global teachings of design thinking, the program has been updated and enriched by blending implementation experience in regional companies to make the knowledge set effectively practicable in local projects. The program is suitable to develop innovative solutions in technical, business, and social projects in for-profit and non-profit organizations.

One flagship program. Two unique formats.

Blended modular format – The program has 5 modules (40 hours in total), each having intensive one full day (8 hours) with a blended format of training and workshop activities. Depending on availability or preference of attendees, these modules can be divided into two or more block sessions, such as 2 continuous days a week + 3 continuous days a week, or similar. The program can be held in customers’ facilities or other mutually agreed locations/centers (university campuses, conference centers, hotels, etc.).

Blended continuous format – The program takes place over five-day continuous intensive sessions. Each day is planned with 8 hours of blended classroom training and workshop practices. The program can be scheduled from Monday through Friday or Wednesday through Sunday or similar formats depending on customer requests.
